The Clare Valley will be showcased to thousands of consumers next month, through a dedicated digital media campaign on facebook, instagram and twitter. Members of the Regional Development Australia Yorke and Mid North, as well as the Clare Valley Wine, Food and Tourism Centre, have conceptualised a campaign to share your favourite photo of the Clare Valley in winter and post online with the hashtag #Iloveclare.

Starting 1 July, and running for one month until 1 August, the #iloveclare digital campaign encourages visitors and locals to promote the region through their social media platforms.

At the conclusion of the campaign, the best photo will be judged, and the winner will receive a free trip to the Clare Valley for two nights, staying at Clarevale Cottage B&B and Short Term Accommodation.

“We think Clare is a great place to visit in winter,” she said. “Think cosy B&B’s, open fires, premium red wine and crisp morning walks.”
“It’s a place to relax and unwind in beautiful picturesque surrounds. There is plenty to do, and of course, wonderful cellar doors and restaurants to try our premium food and wine.

“This campaign will excite people to visit our region in winter through sharing photos of consumer’s favourite destinations and experiences in the Clare Valley through consumer’s iphones, desktops, laptops and newsfeeds,” Angela said.
Anyone can be part of the campaign by uploading their photo on social media and using the hashtag, #Iloveclare.

Participants can upload more than one photos, however, only one picture per person will be judged.
