As the Administration Manager/Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the dealership’s financial operations and administrative functions.  Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing financial processes, compliance, and administrative systems.

 

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Manage the administration and finance team to ensure efficient daily operations

Oversee and prepare financial statements, budgets and reports

Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax obligations and financial audits

Manage payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks and government agencies

Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

 

About you

Proven experience in financial management and administration, preferably in the automotive industry

A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA or CA qualifications is highly desirable).
