Overview
Are you an experienced leader with a knack for efficient administration? Clare Hospital is seeking a dedicated Administration Team Leader to oversee and enhance our administrative functions.
In this pivotal role, you will manage and lead a team of administration staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, professional, and customer-focused services to both clients and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and handling key administrative tasks such as human resource management, financial processing, data collection, and service evaluation.

Essential Criteria
- Extensive experience in customer-focused service, client information management, and administrative roles.
- Proven management experience, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
