Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities.  Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres.

 

The Administrative Officer is part of the broader administration team within CObH providing dedicated administrative support to our regional teams. 

 

About the role:

  • Part-time, Monday to Friday (60 hours per fortnight)
  • Located at Clare

The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative support that aids the delivery of various health programs, services and site activities.  As the first point of contact this role plays an important part in the client journey.

 

About You:

  • Experience providing high level administrative support in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and handle unexpected challenges.
  • Able to collaborate and develop relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional client communication skills.
  • Able to maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Ability to maintain meticulous records with precision and attention to detail.
