It is adynamic organisation undertaking growth and expansion opportunities that enhance the offerings to the region.

A rare opportunity has presented to appoint a suitably qualified and motivated professional to the role of Care Manager of Parkview Aged Care Home.

As the new Care Manager of Parkview Aged Care, you will have the support of a strong clinical leadership team in the Residential Aged Care facility, an experienced General Manager and a well-established Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, manage, motivate and engage the team in the delivery of clinical services
• Manage and oversee governance and compliance, with an emphasis on best practice initiatives.
• Drive growth and sustainability within the clinical team
• Lead the Parkview clinical team to be at the forefront of legislative change
• Effective communication with residents, families, internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally, we are seeking an inspirational leader and manager with a strong clinical background, with aged care experience. Outcome driven and focussed, you will need to demonstrate risk and compliance management and have the ability to deliver on key focus areas, while actively working to build trust and respect within the team. Your sound communication skills and collaborative approach will see you establish and maintain outstanding working relationships with key stakeholders. You will require balanced judgement in prioritising tasks and future clinical projects relevant to the needs of the home and aligned with the vision and objectives of the Strategic Directions Plan.
