About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Cellar Door/Bar Team Leader, reporting into our Venue/Functions Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, knowledge of working in a successful bar/cellar door along with a genuine appreciation for craft beer, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the taphouse, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Be responsible for maintaining the taphouse serving equipment.
• Implement bar & all servicing equipment maintenance schedule
• Serve and promote our range of craft beers & artisanal beverages with enthusiasm and expertise
• Work alongside Venue/Functions Manager to maintain a clean, well-presented, and welcoming venue, supporting a positive and knowledgeable team
• Supporting preparation for offsite events & festivals
• Bar stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control
• Work closely with the brewing team to communicate product knowledge to customers

About You:

• Strong customer service background, with hospitality, cellar door or bar management experience
• Passion for craft beer and the ability to educate customers about our products
• Hands-on, energetic, and proactive approach to work
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work most weekends, hold a current RSA.
• Ability to work in fast paced venue, independently & as a team.
