Qualifications & experience

• Ideally be qualified Chef / Cook
• Experience in Traditional bistro type menu & grill.
• Must be prepared and capable of leading the kitchen on certain days when required.

Tasks & responsibilities

• We are seeking a passionate, reliable, food professional who wants to be part of a small team to use their creative experience to deliver consistent quality food. Your role would be to support the Senior chef/Kitchen Manager.
