Join a friendly and fast-paced team in the holiday accommodation industry on Yorke Peninsula, based in Maitland!
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service / Accommodation Consultant to help with day-to-day operations, guest enquiries, and accommodation bookings.
You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and homeowners, answering phone calls, responding to emails and feedback, processing payments and refunds, and managing bookings through our reservations system.
This varied role also includes supporting our accounts team. On-the-job training will be provided for all systems and processes.
