We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, skilled, and motivated professional to take charge of our skin division, while still being an all-rounder and being part of a, supportive team.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ A qualified Dermal / Skin Beauty Therapist
✔️ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in skin.
✔️ A leader’s mindset – eager to train & mentor.
✔️ A self-driven professional who can work independently & in a team.
✔️ A therapist with passion, skill & confidence in advanced skin treatments.

Prior experience with LED light therapy, chemical peels, Dermapen and cosmeceuticals is preferable.

Your Role:

• Further development of our aesthetics division where your expertise will set the standard.
• Confidently perform aesthetic consults with clients and create individualised treatment plans
• Confidently advise clients about skin care and Cosmecuticals
• Perform a variety of advanced skin & beauty treatments with confidence.
• Support our doctor-led skin cancer screening services using the industry leading Dermengine AI software.
• Support our Aesthetic doctor during aesthetic procedures
• Work closely with the medical director to shape the future of YP Skin & Aesthetics.
• Educate & upskill team members..

ABOUT YOU

·         A qualification in beauty, skin, or dermal therapy (desired)

·         Experience delivering excellent client service in a retail, luxury, spa or clinic environment, in a similar role

·         Experience in leading high-performing teams, and supporting individual performance and development goals

·         Experience in implementing operational excellence and administrative processes

·         Passion for skincare, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills

·         Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
