We are currently seeking an enthusiastic & reliable Bistro Supervisor and Duty Managers to join the team at the iconic and busy at Moonta Hotel.

Causal position with an option for full time for the right applicant

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running & manage a team of food & beverage staff in our vibrant bistro. Offering lunch, dinner & functions, you will have a diverse range of areas to manage & grow your skills.

DUTY MANAGERS:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong team leadership skills
• RSA required
• RSG or willingness to obtain
• Previous management experience highly recommend
• Willingness to work a mixture of shifts across multiple venues
• Weekends & Nights included

BISTRO SUPERVISOR:

• Passion for Food & Service
• RSA or willingness to obtain
• Previous experience in a good orientated role highly regarded
