We’re currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a front-end loader to load, transport, and handle raw materials and aggregate products.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and regular maintenance of the loader.
• Work closely with the crushing plant to ensure materials are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and manage the stockpile areas to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with maintaining production goals and quality control of products.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental policies, including compliance with site safety procedures.
• Report defects, accidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience as a loader operator in a quarry or similar environment.
• Significant experience in crushing operations.
• Strong knowledge of loader operation, safety procedures, and general maintenance requirements.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Current Australian Driver’s License and relevant operator tickets.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with other heavy machinery and equipment (e.g., excavators, dozers).
• Experience with basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Knowledge of quarry regulations and environmental standards.
