About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will be providing high-quality care and support to aged care residents. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, with each shift offering you the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and manage care plans
• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver holistic care
• Provide wound care and other necessary treatments
• Support residents with daily activities and mobility
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
• Monitor and report on resident health and wellbeing
• Supervise care staff as required

Minimum Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• Experience in aged care or a similar healthcare environment
• Valid police clearance (or willing to obtain one)
• Up-to-date vaccinations, including flu and COVID-19
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
