Helloworld Travel, established in 1991, is an independently owned travel agent who is seeking an experienced person to join their supportive and friendly team in Kadina.

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in domestic and international retail and/or wholesale travel and sales
• Be confident, highly motivated, enthusiastic and well organised
• Show high-level attention to detail, use logical reasoning and common sense
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be professional, courteous and have good telephone manner
• Have excellent presentation, neat writing and good spelling
• Hold a certificate III in Tourism (Retail Sales) preferred
• Have previous customer service background preferred
• Understanding of World geography
