An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic and charismatic person to join the team at 24fit Kadina as Gym Manager.

It is a part time position with of 20-25 hours expected per week.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Our gym managers are responsible for ensuring that we are providing a welcoming, positive environment for all our members.

The tasks include, but are not limited to:

·         Managing membership software and database

·         Inducting and welcoming new members

·         Instruct group fitness classes

·         Help promote the gym and drive membership growth with marketing initiatives

·         Rostering

·         Stock management

·         Coordinating weekly checklists and paper work

·         Liaison with General Manager

·         Community engagement and promotion

·         Maintaining gym cleanliness and hygiene to 24fit standards

 

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will demonstrate at interview:

– They can work well in a team environment

– They are outgoing and enjoy building relationships with a diverse group of people.

– Have a good attention to detail

– Have a passion for health and fitness and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.

– Flexibility in availability.

– Experience in delivering high quality group fitness classes.
