Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated management couple/ single to join our team. This is a live-in position, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a picturesque location while enjoying a supportive and friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the park, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Maintain the park’s facilities, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and supervise park staff.
• Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Manage financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in park or property management is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Newbook Experience is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work collaboratively as a couple.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Proficiency in using reservation and management software.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in rostering and payroll processing.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
• Basic Knowledge of Annual tenants in parks.
