We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time practice manger.
As the manager you’ll support the directors in the day-to-day store operations, which will include the coaching and development of staff members, rostering, stock management and assist in a smooth customer journey. You will develop a thorough understanding on business metrics and aim to improve store efficiencies.
Key attributes should include outstanding customer service, excellent communication and leadership skills, with a 3+ year history of managing experience preferred. Other favourable qualities would include:
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Punctuality and reliability
- An ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- A positive attitude to keep the team motivated
Candidates who consider themselves to be highly analytical and competent with numbers are encouraged to apply. Experience in optics is not essential.
