Property Facilitator
Full-time Position (46 weeks per year)

Harvest Christian College is a thriving co-educational, multi-denominational school committed to providing a Christ-centred education within a loving and caring environment. We are seeking applications for a motivated and proactive Property Facilitator to join our Grounds and Maintenance Team in Kadina, supporting our College through grounds maintenance services.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping outdoor spaces safe, tidy, and well-presented, and who enjoys being part of a supportive, faith-based school community.

Key responsibilities include:
– Mowing, gardening, and general grounds upkeep
– Routine maintenance and minor repairs
– Assisting with set-up and pack-down for College events
– Ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors

We’re looking for someone who:
– Has experience or confidence in grounds and property maintenance tasks
– Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
– Supports the Christian values and ethos of the College
