About the role

Looking for a rewarding role and to contribute to the wellbeing of your local community? Are you people-oriented? Join our team as a phlebotomist! Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Minimal shift work required.

About You

You are a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Your experience in pathology operations and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment make you well-suited for this role.

  • Proven ability to work under limited supervision, prioritise tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience in pathology laboratory settings, including the use of information systems, databases, and responding to customer enquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a team and liaise confidently with a wide range of staff and clients.
  • Sound knowledge of pathology operations and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues when required.
