What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and delivering a small, snack-focused menu that delights guests.
• Working independently to manage the kitchen operations.
• Maintaining a meticulously clean kitchen (no grubby chefs allowed!).
• Drawing inspiration from our onsite ‘botanical garden’, a chef’s playground for fresh ideas.
• Collaborating with visiting chefs during takeovers and events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience and a strong culinary skill set.
• Creativity and passion for crafting exceptional food in a casual setting.
• Time management and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Impeccable cleanliness and organisation.
