Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse with H1 Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care tailored to our clients’ individual needs. You will follow comprehensive care plans to ensure our clients’ daily living requirements are met with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wound care management and able to document the wound progression
• Able to commit to 10:00am-12:00pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• Medication administration
• Experience working with BOC clients is desirable
• Basic life support training and experience
• Assisting clients with activities of daily living
• Manual handling (with and without equipment)
• Providing emotional support and community access for residents
• Building and maintaining rapport with clients and their families
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to adhere to care plans
