As a Stock Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our vehicle inventory to ensure smooth operations and support or sales team.  You’ll oversee the entire process, from vehicle ordering and delivery to maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of all new and pre-owned vehicle stock

Vehicle Ordering: Coordinate with manufacturers to place and track orders

Compliance: Ensure all stock movements are accurately documented and comply with company policies

Preparation: Coordinate vehicle inspections, detailing and readiness for sale or delivery

Reporting: Generate and analyse inventory reports for management

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service and finance teams to meet customer expectations

About You

Strong organizational and time-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in stock or inventory management (automotive industry experience is highly regarded)

Proficiency in computer systems, including management software (experience with Revolution/TUNE is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
