Working in a dynamic team environment, reporting to the Service Manager this key role is responsible for conducting diagnostics within the day-to-day operations. A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate. You will also be provided with manufacturers’ training to support you in excelling in this position.

What you’ll do:

• Carrying out diagnostics on all vehicles makes and models
• Liaising with various technical departments for support on technical issues
• Identifying and repairing technical issues
• Quality control
• Comply with manufacturer KPIs
• Road testing vehicles
• Conducting quality checks on all work to help ensure vehicles are fixed first visit
• Completing specific training as required
• Guide and mentor workshop staff

What you’ll need:

• Dealership experience highly regarded
• A sense of urgency
• A current drivers license
• A qualified technician
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy service center
• Be reliable and have a good work ethic
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a technician
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• A current drivers licence
• National police check
• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination and drug & alcohol screening.
