Lead the Hospitality Operations at Clare Valley Distillery

Are you a passionate hospitality professional ready to manage the day-to-day operations of one of Clare Valley’s most exciting new venues? We’re looking for a Venue Manager Extraordinaire to oversee the hospitality side of the distillery and ensure every guest experience is unforgettable.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing daily venue operations (excluding distillery production).
• Opening and closing the venue.
• Training, rostering, and leading a passionate team.
• Overseeing guest services, including the luxury onsite 4-bedroom homestead.
• Handling stock ordering and management.
• Taking a hands-on approach in all aspects of the venue.
• Collaborating directly with the operational owner, supported by a shareholding team with industry expertise.
• Being involved in events, direct-to-consumer club sales, and spirit production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong bar and hospitality experience.
• Passion for high-end beverages, snacks, and exceptional service.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills.
• Attention to detail with a proactive and flexible mindset.
