Our practice provides exceptional care with a focus on canine reproduction, orthopedics, hydrotherapy, and complex medical management. With 24/7 emergency support, we ensure our clients’ pets are always in good hands.
About the Role:
This is a busy and fast-paced role where experience in the animal care field is essential. As the veterinary receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in managing appointments and queries, and ensuring a high level of client care.
Beyond reception duties, you’ll have the exciting chance to learn and assist with canine hydrotherapy and rehabilitation. We are looking for someone eager to learn and help develop hydrotherapy plans tailored to each animal’s needs. This growing service is key to our practice, and you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent client care in a fast-paced veterinary reception environment
- Manage appointments, client inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Assist in canine hydrotherapy sessions (full training provided)
- Work with the team to develop hydrotherapy and rehabilitation plans
- Maintain accurate client records and communication
- Support the team in providing 24/7 emergency care when required
