Eligibility:

• Project directly supports the eligible SA communities – District of Mount Remarkable, Port Augusta City Council, Port Pirie Regional Council, Roxby Downs Council, Whyalla City Council, Outback Communities Authority.
• Project is open to all businesses in the region to access.
• Funding request cannot be from a Government Entity, School or Commercial Business.

The Local Buying Foundation supports projects that aim to strengthen regional businesses and foster stronger business communities.

Applications are open for projects that align with one of the funding categories:

• Business and Industry Innovation
• Indigenous Economic Development
• Industry Promotion and Economic Development
• Micro Business and SME Capacity Building
• Workforce Development
• Sponsorship of Business Awards, Conferences and Events

Funding request cannot be for capital works, infrastructure including buildings and building improvements, tenancy/leases.

There are no specific funding limits set to the Local Buying Foundation.
