On Monday we, along with Tourism Industry Council South Australia – TICSA, the South Australian Tourism Commission and the Australian Tourism Export Council hosted a Tourism Fundamentals event in Clare.
A workshop was held focusing on designing better customer service experiences in tourism followed by a networking event which allowed people to hear from local and state tourism bodies and connect with their tourism peers. The 2024 Clare Valley visitor guide was also launched at this event.
