The Northern and Yorke Landscape Board recently approved a 50% subsidy cutting the cost of participating in Livestock SA’s AgRi-Silience program to only $250 per business (up to 2 people per business can participate). This is a farm management program for cropping and/or grazing businesses (you don’t have to have livestock) with topics covering financial viability, decision making, risk assessments, and personal resilience. It includes 3 group sessions over 12 months plus you can get up to $3500 worth of one-on-one consultancy.
2 groups are planned with the first sessions on:
12 June – Orroroo
13 June – Yunta
If you are in a different region, or can’t make those dates – please let us know. We are looking to deliver more groups in other regions, including Yorke Peninsula and Robertstown areas.
The first 18 eligible registrants will receive 50% off the participation cost through the Northern and Yorke Landscape Board. You can find out more and express interest to sign up here: https://livestocksa.org.au/industry-development/agri-silience
