Yesterday was induction day for Intake 2 of our HIMS program.
They will spend the next 12 weeks earning their certificates in confined space, working at heights and Resources and Infrastructure along with their forklift license, White Card and Basic Welding Skills set.
This will all be in conjunction with daily safety huddle meetings, soft skills and personal development workshops, drug and alcohol awareness, resume & interview preparation, and industry site visits.
We look forward to seeing their progress over the next 12 weeks.
