Winery and vineyard operators are invited to a FREE Human Resource Management Workshop being held in Clare and delivered by Carlyn Sherriff from Pinion Advisory.
The workshop will cover an overview of Fair Work minimum standards, a discussion on the distinction between contractors and employees, a review of key parts of the Wine Industry Award such as hourly rates, piece rates, and breaks, insights on what to expect when engaging labour hire personnel including induction procedures, insurance, and biosecurity and a Q&A session and action planning.
