Regional DisAbility Support Services

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Administration Officer to join our team. This role involves working alongside our current Administration Officer before she goes on maternity leave, with the opportunity for the position to remain permanent even after her return. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
  • Assist other staff with the rostering of staff to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery
  • Maintain fleet vehicle bookings and schedules, ensuring availability and proper use
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised office environment
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as required
