Overview of the role

 

Join our thriving team and embark on an enriching career journey as an Executive Assistant. Based in, Port Pirie with a proximity to travel to our Adelaide office when required, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing business administrative service for the General Manager and members of the Regional Management Team while coordinating schedules and coordinating key information gathering.

 

 

Experience and skills you bring

 

With 5 years’ experience in assistant roles, you will be able to take control of all executive support and administrative tasks. You will be an extension of the General Manager’s brand and take pride in everything that you do, including the work you deliver, your ability to engage with people and your presentation. As a leader you will provide direct support and leadership to the Managers Assistant.

 

Major responsibilities and duties of role

 

  • Provide oversight for administrative processes across the Port Pirie site.
  • Champion site visitor agendas for corporate and other dignitaries.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping and presentation of the Adelaide office.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with a range of key stakeholders relevant to general business administration.
  • Undertake project work and event management as designed.
  • Provide support and leadership to Manager Assistant, Port Pirie
  • Liaise with Hobart and other global assistants as required.
  • Coordinate procurement & invoicing support for the General Manager and Regional Management Team

 

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:

 

  • 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Certificate IV in Business or Business Administration or Similar
  • Leadership experience in a team environment
