Maitland Contracting is a successful and progressive Civil Communications Infrastructure company based in Clare, SA.

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our Management Team and become an integral member of the company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Office/Administration Manager to oversee all administrative operations. This is a very diverse role that offers components, in HR, WHS and project administration.

To be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role
  • MYOB experience highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in HR and WHS departments is preferable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Civil Construction industry and experience in project management support would be an advantage.

 

This is a full time position, with a very attractive remuneration package for the successful applicant, with on-going training and support offered.
