All candidates (required):

  • A national police clearance (dated within 6 months)
  • Full driver license
  • First Aid and CPR certificate


  • Chef qualifications
  • Food safety certificate


As the Chef you will be responsible for:

  • General kitchen duties
  • Supporting the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef Manager and team onsite
  • Listening to customers and adapting service to the feedback
  • Preparing breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and other meals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Adapting dishes to suit dietary, allergy and modified food requirements
  • Making and baking desserts (depending on the site)
  • Cooking high quality, nutritious meals
  • Owning responsibility for your own safety and those around you

As the Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping all accommodation, offices, bathrooms and other areas hygienic, clean and tidy
  • Laundry services
  • Assisting in the kitchen operations with food service and cleaning
  • Liaising with the supervisor to undertake other duties around the site
  • Providing professional and approachable level of customer service
  • Listening to feedback and owning a customer’s satisfaction
  • Working with energy, passion and care

As the Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for:

  • General kitchen duties
  • Preparing food as directed
  • Supporting kitchen staff
  • Dish washing
  • Keep food prep areas clean
  • Serving food to clients/customers, if required
  • Cleaning kitchen equipment
