On Wednesday 8th November, the 21 local participants from the Mid North intake of the Emerging Leaders program graduated.
The program participants are volunteers from community organisations, clubs or groups engaged in a range or activities aimed at enhancing their skills and confidence to bring back to their respective committees.
In the past six months they participated in a series of comprehensive workshops, which focused on various aspects of leadership, governance, finance and funding applications, project and event management, media, communication and PR, strategic planning, building resilience and building a positive team.
We congratulate our new Emerging Leaders and cannot wait to see what they do next!
