Community Survey- Childcare needs in Ardrossan Region

Regional Development Australia (RDA) Yorke and Mid North is working with a range of stakeholders including Yorke Peninsula Council in exploring potential childcare services in Ardrossan.

This survey builds on the work of other stakeholders since 2021 in scoping a potential service following changes to three year-old preschool programs and additional services becoming available in Maitland and Minlaton.

All families either currently requiring childcare or potentially requiring childcare in the near future are encouraged to reply to the survey – even if they have responded to previous surveys.

Any questions can be directed to RDA Yorke and Mid North via in**@******************om.au or 1300 742 414.

The survey will remain open until 31st October 2026.

Drought Economic Impact Survey – Have Your Say

Grain Producers SA and Livestock SA are undertaking research to understand the broader economic and community impacts of the 2024 and 2025 drought across regional South Australia.

The research is looking beyond the farm gate to understand how drought has affected local businesses, services, employment, spending and regional communities.

If you are a regional business owner or employee, community organisation, local government representative or resident, we encourage you to share your experience through this short survey.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate.

Your feedback will help build a clearer picture of the economic and broader impacts of drought and help inform future responses and support.
