RDA Yorke and Mid North commissioned GHD Pty Ltd to produce a series of reference designs to support the development of childcare centres in rural and regional areas of South Australia, with funding for the commissioned designs provided by the South Australian Government through the Office for Early Childhood Development.
The packages (for 30, 45 and 60-place centres) include designs, architectural and structural drawings, and cost estimation reports.
These designs and accompanying reference documents are made available to support the development of long daycare services in rural and regional areas of South Australia in facilities owned by non-profit organisations

Terms of access and use (the Terms)
Third-party access to, and use of, the Reference Material is contingent on the following terms:
- The accessing party agrees the publisher (RDA Yorke and Mid North) offers and supports no reliance on the Reference Material, and parties access and use solely at their own risk.
- The accessing party remains solely responsible for obtaining all required statutory and regulatory approvals pertaining to a project that makes use of the Report or Document.
- The accessing party agrees to indemnify the publisher (RDA Yorke and Mid North) against any potential losses that may be incurred subsequent to the use of the Reference Material.
